Dear Rachel,

I guess you know why I did this: I like you. When we first met at that interview in 7th grade, I felt that you were a nice person. But later in that year, I realized you were more than that. You are a smart, funny, pretty , nice, and talented person. I'm not a sweet talker but if I were to say something romantic, it would be in front of you. I appreciate how you care for people and you value friends. That is a nice trait that you have. I like you, not only for what you are, but for who I am when I am with you. I want to be there for you to shield any troubles in your way. You are a great person, and I don't know who I would be with out you. I enjoy every time we meet. Like last Friday, when we talked about going to a movie together, it sounded like fun. I would like to do that with you. Would you like to do that with me?
